Returns & Exchange Policy
Exchanges Only DUE TO HEARING AIDS BEING WORN.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
We only offer product exchanges for hearing aids that are defective or not functioning as intended, subject to the terms outlined below.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund / Exchange-Only Policy.
Exchange Eligibility Window
You may request an exchange within 30 days from:
The date you received the product, or
The date a third party you designated (other than the carrier) took possession of the delivered product
Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
What Qualifies for an Exchange
An exchange will only be approved if:
The hearing aids are not working properly due to a manufacturing defect
The issue is reported within the 30-day eligibility window
The product is returned in original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and components
The product has not been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused
Exchange approval is not automatic and is subject to inspection and verification.
What Does NOT Qualify for an Exchange
We do not offer exchanges for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Discomfort, fit issues, or personal preference
Improper use, accidental damage, or water damage
Normal wear and tear
Failure to follow usage or charging instructions
Products that were customized or personalized
Products that are not suitable for return due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons once opened or unsealed
We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, you must notify us with a clear written explanation of the issue.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Customers assume full responsibility and risk for items returned to us

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Approved exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days
Replacement items will be shipped using standard shipping unless otherwise specified
Processing times may vary during peak periods.
No Refunds on Shipping & Handling
Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
These fees are not eligible for credit or reimbursement.
Gifts & Third-Party Purchases
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, an exchange replacement will be sent once approved
If the product was not marked as a gift, the exchange will be processed through the original purchaser
No refunds or store credits will be issued for gift purchases.
Final Sale & Policy Acceptance
All products sold are considered final sale.
